Perimenopausal Symptoms

The end of the menstrual cycle may vary from woman to woman. Some attain this transition period in early years whereas some get their natural menopause. Perimenopause is generally mingled with natural menopause but they both have some difference between each other. Natural menopause is attained at the age of 45 to 47 whereas peri-menopause is somewhat difficult to define. The perimenopausal symptoms are witnessed at the age of 34 to 36. Women, at this age, start noticing new changes in their bodies after every single month. The very first change in a woman is the change in her menstruation cycle. The concerned woman suffers from emotional stress at the start of the perimenopause phase. She gets irritated at every little thing and feels isolated. Next month she may have serious joints aches. The commonly occurring symptoms of perimenopause are nuisance, itchy skin, vaginal dryness, sudden weight lost or gain, and constant decrease in sexual urge.

However, there are many ways to successfully tackle the perimenopausal symptoms. Firstly, you should look after what are you eating. A balanced meal is not sufficient to the rate with which your body is weakening from inside as well as outside. So, add supplementary pills to your diet. Take protein shakes and calcium and vitamin pills. Calcium tablets are very important as they strengthen your bones and minimize the chances of arthritis, osteoporosis and other joint problems.

Your companion also needs to look after you more cautiously as this is the most complicated period of female’s life and she needs someone beside her to provide emotional security. Doctors have set out the age of 35 to 40 for the perimenopausal symptoms, but they become visible about 15 years before the actual time. It can be the result of genital tracts or surgical treatments where therapies could bring out these universal changes in your body little earlier.

Some serious perimenopausal symptoms may involve thyroid irregularities and diabetes in an individual. However, it’s not a big problem or disease. It’s a general phase which every woman has to face. Some face it little early but the symptoms of perimenopause definitely help them to get prepared about the changes that are certain to occur in their bodies. The perimenopausal women should consult their physician about all the symptoms to get proper guidance.
